All orders are shipped Ground unless requested for expedited shipping

Return & Exchange Policy

Junonia offers 15-day return and exchange policy. Send return and exchanges, at customer's expense. Please enclose reason for return(s) with your address and phone number. If items are returned for any reason, other than Junonia error, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to Junonia, and the shipping costs of the replacement item, if any. Please be advised: no returns or exchanges on SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS.

Requirements for a Full Refund

Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Media items (for example, movies, music,) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap
Costuming and clothing must be unworn
